Service and Quality was met for 98% of respondents!

Alexandria, VA, January 15, 2010 – Alpha Omega Translations, announces the results of its annual Client Satisfaction Survey.

The survey measured the satisfaction level of Alpha Omega Translations’ client base. The highlights of the survey’s results are:

  • 94 % said that the quality of products and services was above average, 4 % rated is high and 2% rated it moderate
  • 99 % said that our customer service was well above average
  • 98 % said that our professionalism was well above average
  • 97 % said our understanding of customers needs was well above average
  • 98 % said that Alpha Omega Translations responds to their requests for information in a timely manner
  • 96 % said that Alpha Omega Translations understands their initial project needs and is able to adjust to changing needs when necessary
  • 100 % said that Alpha Omega Translations understands the importance of and is committed to meeting final project milestones and delivery dates
  • 100 % said that Alpha Omega Translations provides them with clear pricing information
  • 96 % said that Alpha Omega Translations provides effective technical expertise
